Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services offered by David Lorenz, operating as LorenzCoach.
1. Coaching Engagements (1:1 Advisory)
For individual coaching engagements:
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
For multi-session packages:
Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, less any sessions already completed.
2. Memberships and Subscription Programs
If enrolled in a recurring membership or subscription:
You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law.
3. Digital Products and Courses
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a refund window is offered for a specific program, terms will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Live Events or Group Programs
For live programs or group experiences:
Refund eligibility, if any, will be clearly stated at time of enrollment.
The Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on program structure and participation status.
5. Exceptions
The Company reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions at its sole discretion.
